Product Overview
The Porcelain Speedbit is a tungsten carbide-tipped, spear point glass/tile drill bit that was specifically designed for drilling quickly and efficiently through porcelain, glass, and other hard surfaces for a variety of applications. Its speed and durability distinguish itself from other standard carbide bits. With a specially formulated mix of metals and superior designed carbide tip, the Porcelain Speedbit makes installations quicker and easier, therefore, more profitable.

Instructions (for maximum durability):
- 1. DIP IN WATER before drilling and about every 5 seconds during drilling (more often when going thru harder materials). We find dipping in water is more effective at cooling the Porcelain bits than spraying.
- 2. FIRM PRESSURE: Let the bit do the work - Do not apply excessive pressure. Place the drill bit on the specified mark, apply pressure, listen for a slight CRUNCH, and start your drilling process. Drill straight into hole and do not wiggle drill.
- 3. USE PROPER DRILLING SPEED: Speedbit: 2,300 rpms and slowed down while breaking through the hole. NOTE the higher speed for the Speedbit as most other spear point bits recommend slower speeds of 400-800 rpms.
- Handheld Drills Only.
- Do not use dull or damaged bit.
- Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during use and when handling bit.
