How do you ship?
Standard shipping is done by USPS. Orders above 100 bits will ship Priority Mail and will deliver 1-3 days after shipping depending upon location. If you need it quicker, please contact us for options.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Levittown, NY
Tracking numbers will be supplied on invoices that will be issues immediately after shipping. You may also call us toll free at 1-855-550-2246 to request your tracking number.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we can ship internationally. You are responsible for paying the duties, taxes and customs fees associated with the shipment. Please call or email for rates.
We will accept your returns on UNUSED standard products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. It is subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Refunds will be given for the products you return after products are received and inspected. Shipping charges on the original order and return of unused product will be the customer’s responsibility.
